- Applicable Scenarios (More Flexible Than Single-Joint Sight Glasses):

② High-pressure hydraulic/lubrication systems: Observe oil under ≤0.5 MPa; copper + chrome plating resist high pressure/corrosion, and dual-joint compatibility meets different installation needs.
③ Gas stations/industrial fluid pipelines: Chrome plating resists oil-gas/chemical corrosion; fixed/movable joints adapt to scenarios like fuel dispensers and fluid transportation.
- Usage Steps:
1. Select Size & Joint: Choose 3/4" or 1" based on pipeline interface, then select fixed or movable joint according to "fixed/needs adjustment".
2. Sealed Installation: Wrap the threaded end of the sight glass with oil-resistant tape, screw into the pipeline; connect fixed/movable joint at the bottom and tighten moderately (avoid copper thread slipping, chrome plating prevents seizing).
3. Observation & Judgment: During operation, observe medium via double windows — uniform flow & no impurities → normal system; abnormal flow/foreign matter → inspect pipelines/filters.
