Dual Vacuum Pressure Valve
Designed exclusively for aboveground/underground oil tanks in gas stations, it adopts a precise dual-pressure regulation + full aluminum alloy anti-corrosion + explosion-proof filtration structure (different from ordinary single-pressure breathing valves or cast iron products). It can stabilize positive pressure and vacuum in the tank simultaneously, preventing oil tanks from deforming due to abnormal pressure, blocking oil-gas leakage and impurity intrusion. The full aluminum alloy material is oil-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and its service life and safety far exceed those of conventional breathing valves.
1. Material & Core Advantages
-Main Material: Made of high-strength aluminum alloy, resistant to corrosion from gasoline, diesel and other fuels, resistant to outdoor sun, rain and temperature difference deformation, no rust or cracking after long-term use; built-in explosion-proof filter component filters external dust and water vapor during ventilation to protect the cleanliness of fuel in the tank.
- Precise Dual-Pressure Control: Preset positive pressure 9±1.0 IN.W.C and vacuum degree 8±2.0 IN.W.C(inches of water column). When the tank pressure exceeds the limit due to refueling/temperature change, it automatically opens for exhaust/intake, accurately maintaining the pressure balance in the tank, avoiding the problem of "vague pressure range and easy deformation of oil tanks" of ordinary breathing valves.
2. Key Parameters
- Positive Pressure Range: 9±1.0 IN.W.C (inches of water column, approximately 2249~2477 Pa).
- Vacuum Range: 8±2.0 IN.W.C (approximately 1999~2499 Pa).
- Medium Compatibility: Gasoline, diesel, kerosene and other fuels.
- Operating Temperature: -30℃ ~ +70℃ (adapting to the all-climate gas station environment).
- Explosion-Proof Rating: Meet the explosion-proof requirements of gas stations (blocking the passage of flames and preventing the explosion of oil and gas in the tank).
3. Working Principle, Application Scenarios & Usage
- Working Principle:When the pressure in the oil tank exceeds the positive pressure threshold (such as the rise of oil level during refueling and the increase of oil-gas pressure caused by temperature rise), the positive pressure mechanism in the valve opens automatically to discharge excess oil and gas; when the pressure in the tank is lower than the vacuum threshold (such as the drop of oil level during oil pumping and the vacuum caused by temperature drop), the vacuum mechanism opens automatically to suck in filtered air from the outside. Through "automatic exhaust + automatic intake", the pressure in the tank is always maintained in a safe range. At the same time, the filter component blocks impurities and the explosion-proof structure blocks flames.
- Application Scenarios:
① Underground storage tanks in gas stations: Balance pressure fluctuations during refueling/unloading, prevent oil tanks from deforming, and reduce oil-gas leakage to protect the environment;
② Aboveground diesel/gasoline storage tanks: In outdoor environments, anti-corrosion + precise pressure control avoid overpressure in the tank caused by sun exposure or vacuum collapse of the tank caused by cooling;
③ Oil depot transfer storage tanks: When receiving and dispatching oil frequently, stabilize the pressure in the tank, protect the tank structure, and filter intake impurities to ensure fuel cleanliness.
- Usage Methods:
1. Installation: Seal and connect the internal thread end of the valve with the tank vent (the thread specification needs to be matched) to ensure firm installation and no leakage;
2. Daily Operation: No manual operation is required, and the equipment automatically starts and stops according to the pressure in the tank;
3. Maintenance: Check once a quarter, clean the dust of the filter component (unscrew the top/side filter cover and lightly brush the filter screen), and confirm the flexibility of the positive pressure and vacuum mechanisms
