Filter Base (Exclusive for Fuel Dispenser Filtration Systems)

Made of integrally die-cast aluminum alloy, designed for standard fuel filter cartridges as the core base of dispenser filtration systems. It distinguishes from ordinary bases with “prone to corrosion, poor sealing, and weak adaptability”, providing stable support and reliable sealing for fuel filtration.

2. Working Principle, Scenarios & Usage
- Working Principle:
As the mounting base of the fuel filter, it provides stable support for the cartridge on one hand, and serves as the fuel inlet/outlet channel on the other. The sealing structure ensures no leakage in the oil circuit, guiding fuel through the filter cartridge to complete impurity filtration, protecting the dispenser pump and metering components.

- Application Scenarios:
Installed in the fuel pipelines of gas station dispensers, used to mount fuel filter cartridges, filter impurities in gasoline/diesel, and extend the service life of dispensers.

- Usage:
1. Installation: Fix the base in the dispenser fuel pipeline, ensuring the correct direction of the inlet and outlet;
2. Assembly: Install the corresponding fuel filter cartridge with a sealing ring to ensure tight sealing;
3. Maintenance: Regularly check the sealing condition of the base and cartridge, replace aged sealing rings, and clean the base oil circuit regularly.
