Gas Station Oil Tank Special

Core Differentiation:Exclusive for underground/aboveground oil tanks in gas stations, adopting dual-sealing structure + anti-static & explosion-proof design (different from ordinary single-sealing oil gauging holes). It enables rapid sealing during oil gauging while blocking oil-gas leakage and external impurity intrusion for a long time; matched with a convenient opening-closing mechanism, it improves both oil gauging efficiency and tank safety protection.

1. Material & Core Advantages
-Main Body Material: High-strength aluminum alloy (or alloy material resistant to fuel corrosion) is used, which is resistant to fuel corrosion, outdoor temperature difference and erosion, and has no rust or deformation after long-term use; key sealing components use oil-resistant rubber + metal sealing surface, with dual-sealing guarantee, and the oil-gas leakage rate is much lower than that of single-sealing products.
- Dual Sealing + Anti-static: When the oil gauge hole cover is closed, the "main seal + auxiliary seal" dual structure locks quickly to block the overflow of oil and gas in the oil tank and the entry of external air, moisture and impurities; built-in anti-static wires can discharge the static electricity generated by the oil and the oil gauge during the oil gauging process, eliminating the risk of sparks, and the safety factor is far higher than that of ordinary oil gauging holes.

2. Key Parameters
- Working Pressure: Atmospheric pressure (adapt to the normal oil storage pressure of gas station oil tanks).
- Medium Compatibility: Gasoline, diesel, kerosene and other fuels.
- Operating Temperature: -20℃ ~ +60℃ (adapt to the whole climate environment of gas stations).
- Sealing Performance: Oil-gas leakage < 0.1% (guaranteed by dual-sealing structure).

3. Working Principle, Application & Usage
-Principle & Operation: When gauging oil, open the dual-sealing cover via the handle, insert the oil gauge to measure the level; after measurement, close the cover — the *dual-sealing structure* (main seal surface fitting + auxiliary seal ring locking) quickly forms an airtight space, and the built-in anti-static wire discharges static simultaneously. In daily use, dual sealing continuously blocks gas/liquid/impurity exchange between the tank interior and exterior.
- Application Scenarios: Suitable for gas station underground storage tanks (fast opening/closing + leakage prevention during regular oil gauging to protect fuel quality), aboveground diesel/gasoline tanks (corrosion resistance + dual sealing to prevent rain/dust intrusion and oil-gas volatilization), and oil depot transfer tanks (improves efficiency during frequent gauging, with dual sealing ensuring storage safety).
- Usage Steps:
1. Pre-gauging: Ensure no open flames nearby, and operators discharge their static (e.g., touch a static discharge device).
2. Open the hole: Pull the red handle to open the dual-sealing cover (anti-static wire conducts automatically).
3. Gauge oil: Slowly insert the oil gauge to measure the level, then slowly remove it (avoid severe friction with the hole wall).
4. Seal tightly: After gauging, close the cover until the dual-sealing structure locks in place (listen for the sealing “click”), and return the handle to the locked position.
5. Maintenance: Monthly check seal wear and anti-static wire conductivity; replace/fasten parts timely if rubber ages or wires loosen.
