- Usage:
1. Pre-installation: Confirm the pipeline interface is BSP1/2, clean off oil and impurities, and align the “gas flow direction” arrow with the actual vapor flow.
2. Installation: Opt for ferrule connection (insert the pipeline into the valve end, fit the copper ferrule, then tighten the hex nut moderately) or thread sealing (wrap oil-resistant tape around threads).
3. Maintenance: Inspect every 6 months by testing one-way on-off with slight pressurization; if the core jams, disassemble, rinse the core and valve cavity with clean kerosene, dry, and apply a small amount of oil-resistant grease to ensure smooth operation and reliable sealing.
