36S Swivel Joint (Exclusive for Gas Station Dispenser Hoses)
Core Differentiation：Supports 360° free rotation, with materials differentiated by size (3/4"×3/4", 3/4"×1", 1"×1" are aluminum alloy with electroplating; 1.5"×1.5", 2"×2" are copper-aluminum composite). It adapts to self-sealing nozzles and oil pipe joints, completely solving the problems of hose winding and knotting — distinguishing from ordinary joints with “no rotation function and easy jamming”.

-Working Pressure: ≤0.6 MPa (approximately 6 bar), suitable for the conventional operating pressure of gas station dispensers.
-Temperature Range: -20℃ ~ +60℃, ensuring stable operation in all-climate environments of gas stations.

2. Working Principle, Scenarios & Usage
- Working Principle:
The internal rotating structure allows the two ends of the joint to rotate 360° relative to each other, enabling the connected dispenser hose to rotate freely with refueling operations, avoiding winding and knotting.

- Application Scenarios:
Between self-sealing nozzles and oil pipe joints in gas stations, adapting to different diameter fuel pipelines, ensuring flexible hose rotation, and improving refueling efficiency and hose service life.

-Usage:
1. Selection: Choose the corresponding specification according to the oil pipe and nozzle interface size (e.g., 3/4" interface selects 3/4"×3/4");
2. Installation: Thread one end of the joint to the oil pipe and the other end to the self-sealing nozzle, then tighten;
3. Operation: The hose can rotate 360° freely during refueling, no need to manually organize the winding.
