Core Differentiation:Exclusive for gas station fuel dispenser pipelines, featuring high-strength aluminum alloy + precise shear structure + self-sealing after separation (outperforms ordinary breakaway valves with unstable sealing or easy deformation). When pulled by external force (e.g., vehicle dragging the nozzle), it separates rapidly and seals both ends automatically, avoiding large-scale fuel leakage and equipment damage. Aluminum alloy ensures light weight, corrosion resistance, and shear force precision far beyond cast iron alternatives.

Key Parameters:
- Sizes: 3/4", 1" (match typical dispenser pipeline diameters).
- Working Pressure: ≤0.6 MPa (suits normal dispenser operation).
- Shear Force: Customizable (400–600N, matches pulling force in accidental vehicle dragging).

Working Principle & Application:
- Principle: Equipped with a precision shear joint. When external pulling force reaches the preset value (e.g., vehicle hits the nozzle), the joint breaks rapidly. Meanwhile, spring-loaded sealing spools inside both ends pop out instantly to block fuel flow paths, preventing leakage.
- Scenarios:
Installed between fuel dispensers and nozzles: Separates/seals during vehicle dragging to avoid massive leakage and dispenser damage.
Used in fuel transfer pipeline joints: Prevents pipeline breakage/leakage from accidental pulling in oil depots or gas stations.

Usage:
1. Installation: Align threads with dispenser/nozzle pipelines, tighten with a wrench (avoid over-tightening aluminum threads).
2. Operation: Automatic protection during accidental pulling; no manual action in normal refueling.
3. Maintenance: Monthly test shear separation/sealing with professional tools. Replace if sealing spools age or shear joints deform.
