Fuel Dispenser Flow Limiting Valve

Fuel Dispenser Flow Limiting Valve

Core Differentiation:Exclusive for fuel dispenser pipelines, featuring aluminum alloy anti-corrosion structure + visual precise flow regulation + dynamic spool flow stabilization (unlike ordinary flow limiting valves with vague regulation, easy corrosion, and unstable flow). The aluminum alloy body resists fuel corrosion and is lightweight; the adjustment ring has “Large/Small” scales for precise flow control, and the dynamic spool keeps flow stable without over-limit, avoiding nozzle jumping or leakage.

Performance & Parameters
- Applicable Pressure: ≤0.6 MPa (matches normal fuel dispenser pressure).
- Medium Compatibility: Gasoline, diesel, and other fuels.
- Flow Regulation Range: Covers conventional flow ranges of fuel dispensers (customizable for precise ranges).
- Operating Temperature: -20℃ ~ +60℃ (adapts to all-climate gas station environments).
- Interface Type: Internal/external threads (precisely match fuel dispenser pipeline interfaces).

Working Principle, Application Scenarios & Usage
- Working Principle:
Rotate the middle adjustment ring with “Large/Small” arrows to change the gap between the internal spool and flow channel, precisely limiting fuel flow. When the fuel flow reaches the set value, the spool stabilizes the flow within the set range via dynamic balance.
- Application Scenarios:
① Internal pipelines of gas station fuel dispensers: Control oil discharge flow to prevent nozzle jumping or fuel leakage, ensuring stable refueling.
② Flow calibration of fuel transfer equipment: Act as a flow reference adjustment component to precisely set transfer flow for equipment calibration and debugging.
- Usage Methods:
1. Installation: Confirm thread matching with fuel dispenser pipelines, tighten the valve body with a wrench (avoid over-tightening aluminum threads).
2. Flow Regulation: Align the “Large (increase flow)/Small (decrease flow)” arrows on the adjustment ring, rotate it slowly, and calibrate the flow to the target value with actual dispenser testing, then fix it.
3. Maintenance: Check monthly if the adjustment ring is loose, verify flow stability via dispenser testing. If there is deviation, fine-tune the adjustment ring and fix it again.
