Core Differentiation:Exclusive for diesel transfer, with high-strength integrated aluminum alloy, dual-size (3/4", 1") precision fit, and instant self-sealing after separation (unlike ordinary valves: heavy/rust-prone cast iron, single-size, delayed sealing leakage). Aluminum alloy is lightweight and diesel-resistant; dual sizes match diesel pipelines precisely. When pulled by external force, it separates rapidly under preset tension, and both ends seal within 0.5 seconds to avoid large diesel leaks.

- Sizes: 3/4", 1" (match diesel dispenser/transfer pipeline interfaces).
- Working Pressure: ≤0.6 MPa (suits diesel dispenser/transfer system pressure).
- Preset Separation Force: 1200–1500N (customizable, avoids false triggering while ensuring safe separation).

Working Principle, Application & Usage:
- Principle: Internal precise shear separation structure activates when external force reaches preset value, separating the valve body. Spring-loaded sealing spools at both ends pop out instantly to block diesel flow, achieving "separation = sealing".
- Scenarios:
• Diesel dispenser pipelines (gas stations): Prevents leakage/dispenser damage when nozzles are dragged by vehicles.
• Diesel transfer joints (oil depots/tankers): Prevents pipeline breakage/leakage during transportation/loading.
- Usage:
1. Install: Select 3/4" or 1", align threads with pipelines/dispensers, tighten moderately (avoid over-tightening aluminum threads).
2. Operate: Automatic separation/sealing during accidental pulling; no manual action in normal use.
3. Maintain: Quarterly *simulated tension tests* (verify separation/sealing). Replace if sealing surfaces wear.
