2. Working Principle & Scenarios
- Working Principle:
The valve integrates a *precise shear separation structure*. When the external force (such as violent dragging of the nozzle by a vehicle) reaches the preset value of 1200-1500N, the aluminum alloy housing and the M42×1.5 stainless steel thread component separate quickly, and the internal PU/NBR seals block the fuel channel simultaneously, achieving “breakaway = sealing, no leakage”.

M42×1.5 specification dispenser-nozzle high-pressure connection pipelines in gas stations, designed to prevent pipeline breakage and large-scale fuel leakage caused by violent dragging, protecting equipment and on-site safety.
